Founders & Finishers was started by Mike Combs and Brian McWilliams to solve a specific problem: the difficulty of finding reliable, specialized help for home customizations.
We focus on high-quality home repairs and accessibility solutions for veterans and the elderly—inspired by personal experience helping our own family navigate the challenges of adaptive living.
The Team:
Brian McWilliams: A U.S. Army Veteran (1/25 Stryker Brigade) and former Indianapolis Police Officer of 11 years. Brian leads our sales and site management with a career-long commitment to service and integrity.
Mike Combs: Focuses on the systems, design, and backend technology that ensure our projects are organized, modern, and efficient.
Together, we use a blend of years of industry experience and modern technology to provide honest work and smart solutions for our neighbors in Greenwood and Indy.
